Recently, Shanghai Yipu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yipu Technology") has co-founded a joint venture company named Sichuan Yipu Jiaorong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. This venture was established in collaboration with Magnesium and Hydrogen New Energy Technology (Haining) Co., Ltd. ("Magnesium and Hydrogen"), the team of academician Ding Wenjiang, Shanghai Huansheng Electric Power Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Huansheng Electric Power"), and the team of Professor Yao Gang from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

The joint venture will leverage Yipu Technology's new electrolyzer technology, Magnesium and Hydrogen's magnesium-based solid-state hydrogen storage technology, Huansheng Electric Power's electrical control system technology, and the SAF industrial technology advantages of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Sichuan Institute. Focusing on the entire hydrogen industry chain, including hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and utilization, the company will provide advanced integrated technology solutions and supply chain services for each segment. By fully utilizing the advantages and market influence of each party in their respective fields, the joint venture aims to deeply explore the enormous potential of the hydrogen energy commercial market.
